This is what we actually touch. You get a written report with photos before we leave, and we never end a visit without a carbon monoxide test.

What a Tuesday call actually looks like.
You book
Online in about a minute, or call. A dispatcher in Columbus picks up, not a call center three states away.
We text a window
3–5 pm, your technician’s name and photo, and what the diagnostic costs ($79, waived if you go ahead).

Booties on, price first
Diagnosis at the furnace. You see the flat price on a tablet and say yes or no. No is fine.
Heat’s back
CO test, filter check, a report with photos in your inbox. Every repair carries a one-year guarantee.
Most no-heat calls are fixed on the first visit. The van carries the twenty parts that fail most.
§04 Heat pumps Jul · 88°F
One box. Heat in January, cool in July.
Cold-climate heat pumps keep heating at −13°F and run as your air conditioner all summer. Keep the furnace as backup for the worst week, or retire it.

§06 Reviews Oct · 58°F
“Furnace died at 9 pm on a Sunday, 11 degrees out. Tech was at our door by 10:30 and the heat was on before midnight. Same price as a weekday.”
“Got three quotes for a new furnace. Northgate wasn’t the cheapest, but they were the only ones who measured the house properly. Our gas bill dropped by a third.”
“Fair price. Showed up when they said.”
“The $89 tune-up found a cracked igniter before it failed. No upsell, no pressure, and he put booties on before walking on our carpet.”
“Called at 7:40, he was here by 9 and the humidifier was in by lunch. The static shocks are gone. The cat has forgiven us.”

§09 Straight answers Dec · 27°F
What’s included in the $89 tune-up?
A 21-point inspection: burners, igniter, flame sensor, heat exchanger, blower, electrical connections, gas pressure, venting, thermostat calibration, a carbon monoxide test and a standard filter swap. You get a written report with photos.
Can you really come today?
Usually, yes. Book before 2 pm and we hold a same-day window for you. In a cold snap, no-heat calls with kids, seniors or medical needs go first.
Do nights and weekends cost more?
No. Emergency dispatch is a flat $129 any hour, and repairs are priced from the same flat-rate book we use on a Tuesday afternoon.
Repair my old furnace, or replace it?
If it’s under 12 years old and the repair is less than a third of a new system, we’ll tell you to repair. Above that, we show you the numbers for both and you decide.
I smell gas. What do I do?
Leave the house right away, don’t flip any switches, and call your gas utility’s emergency line from outside. Once it’s safe, call us and we’ll find and fix the source.
§10 Before the next cold snap Jan · 14°F
The cold doesn’t wait.
Book the $89 tune-up before the next freeze, or call now if the heat is already out. Someone in Columbus answers.
